Tim is the CEO of Cashflow Manager and founder of the Intrinsic Business Coaching program.

A highly respected and experienced management consultant, Tim has worked with hundreds of businesses around the world to assist them to manage their growth, address impediments to success and achieve their full potential.

Depending on the specific needs of each client, this can involve anything from advising on a complete organisational turnaround and restructure, to conducting ongoing one-on-one business coaching.

The youngest ever Chairman of the ICMCI and former National President of the Institute of Management Consultants, Tim’s skills and expertise have been recognised with several business planning and manufacturing planning awards.

Tim’s professional career includes senior roles managing some of Australia’s leading and emerging companies. He has worked with numerous private and public sector organisations in a diverse range of industries.

As past General Manager of Enterprise Development Inc. (the organisation that delivers the SA Enterprise Workshop) he has vast experience in small business establishment and development.

He has lectured extensively on the topics of strategic planning, financial accounting and electronic commerce.

Tim’s strength lies in his ‘big picture’ approach coupled with the ability and willingness to work in a hands-on capacity to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
